T-Shirt Pre-Order Sales Open

We are opening pre-order sales for pickup at the event. These 2-sided printed shirts will have the option to immortalize your gamer tag; printed on the sleeve! We have the following options to choose from for the front design:

The cut-off for these pre-orders is July 8^th, 2023, so complete your purchase before then to get your order for pickup at Fragapalooza 2023.

Side note: Online Merchandise Store will also offer options for home-delivered 1-sided printed merchandise with similar designs soon, just without the option for gamer tag print on the sleeves. We are just finalizing those details.

Early Bird Seat Selection

Get those Early Bird seat purchases in soon! Not only will you be entered for the Early Bird prize at a reduced cost, but you will also get to make your Seat selections starting early.  That’s right! Early Bird seating opens May 20^th, 2023! Don’t miss out, as the Early Bird deadline is coming fast on May 30^th, 2023.

Clan Seating Reminder

We are opening up clan seating today for reservations. We are now taking Clan Reservation requests through email. Please use the Contact Us form to send your requests, including the RESERVATION REQUEST in the Subject. Clan Requests will require:

• Clan Name (whether new or returning)
• Minimum of 6 Paid Seats, or 50% Paid Seats of the requested Clan Reservation, whichever is the higher.
  • Please provide a list of the required Paid Seats of the Participants for this year's event so we can verify your numbers
• Number of reservations requesting
• Clan Captain(s) - these people can control who can be in the clan
• Where on the Seating chart do you wish to reserve (Row and Seat #s)

To be completely informed, please review our Seating and Reservation Guidelines prior to submitting your request.

NOTE: At this time only Rows #1-24 are available. Rows #25-30 are reserved for Overflow. To check if a selection is taken already by another clan, click on the seats. Only seats showing Reserved For: Seating Hold are available for reservation.

All reservations will be held until June 15, 2023 and then the reservations will expire and the seats will return to general purpose selection for anyone attending Fragapalooza 2023 to reserve.

Today we launch our long-awaited new look for https://www.fragapalooza.com. We've been teasing it for quite some time and figured why not have it ready for our 2023 Annual Event, which will see us return to a full-capacity venue in person for the first time since the COVID pandemic hit. We also would like to announce that this upcoming event will also be hybrid, as we venture into hosting the event for 4 Non-Stop days online as well as in-person... although we'd rather see you face to face, so we have some incentives for those joining us as such.
